How To Watch Wild Otters

Increase your chance of seeing the elusive and beautiful wild otter!

Safari Details

In this one-hour workshop we will give you all the guidance you need to give you the best chance of spotting the elusive wild otter (and lots of other wildlife) for yourself. We may not see an otter on the workshop itself (unless we're very lucky!) but check out our Tripadvisor reviews to read of previous guests who have successfully seen otters in the days following the workshop using their new otter-spotting skills. We'll spend most of our time in a wildlife hide, so it's suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs and anyone with limited mobility. Photo credit: Andy Howard MEETING POINT: Inverewe Wildlife Hide at the Inverewe Garden end of the Poolewe shoreline. PARKING: Inverewe Garden car park. BRING: Binoculars if you have them. We might also go out onto the shoreline to look for signs of otters so please wear appropriate shoes and clothing. ARRIVAL: Please arrive with a few minutes to spare for a prompt start.
